Why We Have a Cancellation Notice

Unnotified absences unfortunately have a negative impact on our business and how we are able to organize our staff and resources. Absences mean that our experts, assigned to your slot, are unable to engage in other activities or assist other clients during the time allocated to you.

Booked consultations require that a qualified Fragrance Expert be available for your experience. This means that our team must prepare for your experience in advance and organize their day based on the appointments we have.

Reservations for group workshops are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once within 3 months from the original booking date*. We require a 15-day cancellation notice before your scheduled workshop. Reservations can be transferred to a person of your choice if you are unable to attend. *For individuals who have used a voucher to book their workshop, the rescheduled date must fall within the voucher’s validity period. Please refer to our FAQ and Terms and Conditions for further details on rescheduling and cancellation policies.

 

 

Why We Have a Cancellation Notice

If you provide us with short notice of less than 15 days, unfortunately, we will not be able to reschedule your booking. Like all events with limited seating, we have a cancellation policy, which you agreed to when placing the order. Our Terms and Conditions clearly outline our policies, and we actively highlight them before and after purchase.

Vouchers are non-refundable after the 30-day cooling-off period from the order. All experience vouchers have a validity period of one year that can be used until the expiration date (even if booking for a later appointment date). Vouchers cannot be extended under any circumstances, nor exchanged for cash vouchers. Vouchers are not assigned to a specific name or recipient; if you are unable to use it yourself for personal reasons, you may gift it to someone else.

 

Why Vouchers Have an Expiry Date

Vouchers and experience vouchers have an expiry date because we may decide to make changes to our products and experiences over time, which would mean your voucher no longer applies to the updated product or experience.
