Frequently Asked Questions about the Perfume Workshop

To reserve your spot, simply click on the desired workshop, select an available date and time, and proceed to payment.

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking.

The workshops take place at the Suite on Ponte Vecchio in Via de’ Bardi, Florence.

Reminder emails with the details of your workshop are sent to the email address of the person who made the booking.

Step 1: Go to the workshop you wish to book.

Step 2: Select the date and time of the workshop you want to attend and the number of participants.

Step 3: Enter your voucher code at the checkout.
Once your voucher code is applied, the amount due in the cart will return to zero. You can then proceed as usual by entering your details.

Make sure you have entered the correct voucher code and that it has not expired. We recommend copying and pasting the code from the original confirmation email.
If you are unable to retrieve the correct voucher code, please contact our team at info@ephemerafirenze.it to assist you in finding it.

Reservations are non-refundable but can be rescheduled. We require a 15-day cancellation notice prior to your scheduled workshop.

If you provide us with less than 15 days’ notice and are unable to attend your workshop, reservations can be transferred to another person of your choice; however, we will not be able to reschedule or refund your ticket.

If you’re unable to attend any of the available dates, you’ll need to wait for the next workshop releases, which will be announced through our newsletter (subscribe at the bottom of our homepage) and on our social media channels.

Please subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of our homepage to receive updates on the upcoming workshop dates. Make sure to check your spam folder or add our newsletter email, info@ephemerafirenze.it, to your contacts list.

Please note that we do not send individual emails regarding new workshop dates.

Unfortunately, we do not maintain a waiting list. It is up to each individual to book their own spot, and we do not send individual email reminders.

You can subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on our social media channels to stay informed about last-minute availability.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for vouchers, and they must be used within their validity period.

If you are unable to attend the workshop you booked, you have the option to reschedule your workshop by providing us with a minimum of 15 days’ notice before your workshop date.

If you provide us with shorter notice, we will not be able to reschedule your booking.

As with all paid events with limited seating, we have a cancellation policy, to which you agreed at the time of purchase. Our Terms and Conditions clearly outline our policies, and we actively highlight them before and after purchase.

We organize workshops with a limited number of participants, and as a result, they are fully booked weeks in advance. We also have high demand and must turn down other requests once a workshop is fully booked.

Since our workshops last from half a day to a full day, it is impossible to find a replacement for late cancellations as participants need to make prior arrangements.

We want to ensure that our experiences remain high quality and enjoyable for those who participate. Late cancellations not only are difficult to fill but also affect the quality of our experiences for others.

Participants unable to attend will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduling for a later date, under any circumstances, whether it be a personal or professional emergency.

All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, an expired voucher cannot be used and will not be extended.
